As we see COVID cases in Crow Wing County (CWC) increase, we are beginning to see it affect more and more City employees.
Out of concern for the safety of our staff and visitors and to continue to provide full services to our residents, the City of Brainerd has decided to move to a working from home model effective November 16, 2020 for those employees who are able to work from home.
While our Police Officers, Fire Department, Streets and Parks Maintenance staff will continue to report to work, we will be implementing staggered shifts to protect our staff and community.
City operations and services will continue to be fully operational. We are just changing how those services are delivered.
City Council meetings will also be held virtually starting November 16th. Call in information for all City Council meetings can be found on the City’s website and on each agenda.
City employees may be reached by phone or by email. City contact information can be found through the staff directory.
City Hall has an outside drop box for payments and necessary paperwork located by the parking lot on the east side of the building. The Police Department has a drop box in their entryway.
