Miracle League

The Brainerd Lakes Miracle League Field, located in Bane Park, is designed for physically and mentally disabled individuals. The artificial turf field will allow those with disabilities to play baseball on a safe, level surface. Persons using wheelchairs or other mobility devices will easily be able to maneuver around the bases. Team shirt included!

Miracle League rules state that everyone gets a base hit, everyone scores, and at the end of the game, both teams win. A buddy system will be used to help participants bat, round the bases and field the ball. Organizations, services groups and businesses are asked to choose a night or two where they can volunteer to help the physically and mentally disabled individuals play baseball.
