A parent or legal guardian must          register participants.

Registration forms can be found in our summer activity guide distributed through the schools, or click here.

We encourage you to register for activities in advance of deadline dates. There is a $10 additional fee for late registrations, and we may not be able to accept registrations after the deadline date if the activity or league is full.

If an activity is cancelled, all registrants will receive a refund. There are no refunds once a program has begun.

Scholarship Program

The Brainerd Parks and Recreation Department has a number of scholarships available for families in need. Please apply in person at the Lum Park office. Requests are limited to one activity, per child, per season.

What it is

Inclusive Recreation Program for mentally and physically disabled children and adults to play baseball on our new state of the art artificial turf field in Bane Park.

Volunteer...Be A "Buddy"

Businesses, service groups, and organizations can choose a night to be a "Buddy" to help players bat, round the bases, and play defense.
