RENTAL HOUSING

The proposed Rental Housing Maintenance Code was presented to the City Council at its meeting held on February 20, 2007.

The first reading of the proposed Rental Housing Maintenance Code was held on May 21, 2007 at the City Council meeting.

At the City Council meeting to be held on June 4, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Brainerd City Hall Council Chambers, the proposed Rental Housing Maintenance Code will be presented for the final reading and public hearing. Staff members will be present at this meeting.
