During the one-hour sessions the focus will be on breathing, flow, move, stretch, strength, balance and practice building heat while linking breathing to movement. Beginner and advanced students welcome. Yoga mats are not provided so bring a mat or blanket. Yoga blocks and/or straps are encouraged but not required. The sessions will be taught by Jessica Doud, RYT.
When & Where
Saturdays from 8-9am beginning June 1 at Gregory Park
Fee is $70 for a 14-session summer pass (pay at the Parks and Recreation office prior to first session). There is a $10 per session drop-in fee starting June 1 (pay at session with cash or credit card).
